What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters or online payments. The contact page builds a project note entirely in your browser; nothing is transmitted to us unless you choose to email it. When you email us, we receive your email address, name if given and message content.

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. These are kept for no longer than 30 days.

How we use it and our legal basis

We use emails solely to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Server logs are processed for security under the same basis. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Retention

Correspondence is deleted within 12 months of our last reply unless you ask us to keep it longer.
